MUMBAI: Reports said director Sudipto Sen and lead actress Adah Sharma of the controversial film 'The Kerala Story' met with a car accident. The incident happened on Sunday when the two were traveling to Karimnagar to attend the 'Hindu Ekta Yatra'. The two were immediately admitted to the hospital.
However, soon the two tweeted on their health condition. Actress Adah Sharma tweeted that she is fine nothing serious, nothing major but thank you for the concern. Sudipto informed that he could not go to Karimnagar due to an urgent health problem and apologized to the people there.

The film released on May 5. The film collected more than 100 crores in 10 days. Second Saturday on May 13 collected 19.50 crore, the highest daily collection ever for the film. 'The Kerala Story' is the fourth film of this year to collect 100 crores after the films of leading stars in Bollywood. Shah Rukh Khan's Pathan, Ranbir Kapoor's Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar and Salman Khan's 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' have collected 100 crores so far.
