BENGALURU: The Supreme Court will on Monday consider again the plea filed by PDP leader Abdul Nazar Madhani seeking relaxation of his bail conditions. Madhani approached the Supreme Court requesting treatment including kidney transplant and demanded not to impose such severe bail conditions.
Madhani informed the court that although he was given three-months to stay in Kerala, he was not able to meet his father. His plea said that he cannot meet the expenses of the Karnataka Police and so should hand over his security to the Kerala Police.
Madhani had reached Kerala on June 26 to meet his ailing father. He felt uneasiness soon after landing in Kochi and had to stay in the hospital. He informed the court that as he had to comply with the bail conditions returned without seeing his father.
