48-year-old arrested for allegedly molesting student in bus

THRISSUR: A 48-year-old man was arrested for molesting a college student in a private bus. The arrested has been identified as Vincent (48), a native of Mekkattukulam. The student was assaulted in a private bus operating on the Kunnamkulam-Pavaratti route. The alleged incident happened on Wednesday morning.

The student complained that Vincent, a passenger, sexually assaulted her on the bus which was going from Kunnamkulam to Pavaratti. Following this, other passengers on the bus and locals restrained him and the Guruvayur police took him into custody.
