Housewife arrested with MDMA in Kasargod

KASARGOD: A housewife was arrested with 9.021 grams of MDMA from a house in Kasargod. The arrested woman has been identified as S Ramsuna (35), who lives in a rented house in Eriyal.

The Excise team nabbed the woman on Friday evening. MDMA was found during the inspection led by Excise Inspector J Joseph. The woman has been remanded till November 23rd.

Of late, several cases related to MDMA have been reported in the state. A few days ago, the Excise Department had arrested Changaramkulam native Ahmed Kabir (24), who used to deliver MDMA to Kunnamkulam region.
