Complaint against CPM activists for attacking YouTuber in Nava Kerala Sadas

MALAPPURAM: A complaint has been filed against the CPM activists for assaulting a YouTuber who came to file a complaint at Nava Kerala Sadas. Mohammad Nizar, a native of Kuzhimanna, who came to give a memorandum against the increase in building permit fee, at the New Kerala Sadas, held at Areekode, was assaulted.

Nizar had posted a video against the increase in building fees in his YouTube channel Masterpiece. There was a cyber-attack against Nizar after this. Nizar had in his video stated that he would file a complaint against the fee hike in his constituency's Nawa Kerala Sadas. Nizar has lodged a complaint with the police against the assault and for grabbing his phone and mike.

Meantime, there was a complaint against DYFI activists for attacking youth congress activists who protested by showing black flags to the chief minister in Wandoor. Youth Congress constituency president Rahim Moorkan, mandalam president C P Siraj and mandalam vice president P Salman were seriously injured. The CCTV visuals of the incident has surfaced.
