THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Governor Arif Muhammad Khan administered the oath of office to KB Ganesh Kumar and Kadanapalli Ramachandran as per the Left Front's agreement. This move followed the resignation of former ministers Antony Raju and Ahmed Devarkovil, adhering to the Front's prior decision to assign new ministers after their two-and-a-half-year tenure.

During the ceremony, Bindu Menon, Ganesh Kumar's wife extended her congratulations and expressed confidence in his capabilities highlighting his past achievements in the transport department. She acknowledged the challenges he faces mentioning the numerous legal cases filed against him yet emphasized his resilience in handling pressure.

"Every single case is filed against him from inside and outside the family. So he is not a person who lives in tension. We believe in God. We only need to be afraid if we make a mistake," stated Bindu Menon assuring that Ganesh Kumar's tenure as a minister would focus on rejuvenating the transport department.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and other ministers attended the swearing-in ceremony marking the formal induction of KB Ganesh Kumar and Kadanapalli Ramachandran into the Kerala State Cabinet.
