THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A report submitted by the Registrar of Companies (ROC) to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) stated that there was a mystery in the deal between Exalogic, owned by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's daughter Veena Vijayan, and CMRL. The preliminary report of the ROC, which recommended a detailed investigation, stated that CMRL had concealed the transaction information. According to the report, Exalogic was not able to produce any document to prove that it received money from CMRL as remuneration. However, it also stated that the company had handed over details showing that GST was paid for the money received from CMRL.

The ROC report also points out that the investigation against Exalogic may be left to the CBI or the ED. According to the preliminary investigation report, action can be taken against Exalogic Solutions under Section 447 and Section 448 of the Companies Act 2013. It also alleged that Exalogic had concealed the details of the contract. The Union Ministry of Company Affairs announced an inquiry against Exalogic and KSIDC based on this report.
