Teen jumps into sea after being questioned over excessive phone use

KAYAMKULAM: A youngster committed suicide by jumping into the sea, after feeling dejected about his family confronting him for excessive phone usage. Akhil (26), son of Suresh and Sini from Kayamkulam Kanampalli is the deceased.

Akhil left the house in a rage on Sunday night after his family questioned his excessive phone use. The body was found by fishermen in the sea near Arattupuzha Perumbally junction at 7 am the next morning. Akhil was an interior designer. He was working in a private company in Kundara.
