PALAKKAD: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a 'road show' in Palakkad city today for the BJP-led NDA front's election campaign. The Prime Minister, who will leave Coimbatore at 9.30 am by helicopter, will land at Mercy College grounds at 10 am. He will then reach Kota Maidanam by road.
Modi will hold a road show of one and a half kilometres from the Anchuvilakku area to the Palakkad head post office area via Sultanpet. Modi, who will be travelling in an open vehicle, is also likely to walk on the road. After the roadshow, he will reach Mercy College Ground and return. NDA candidates in Palakkad, Malappuram and Ponnani Lok Sabha constituencies will take part in the roadshow. Modi will be received under the leadership of BJP state president K. Surendran.
