Corrupt people will be put behind bars; monthly payment case also mentioned; PM against CM and daughter

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the Chief Minister of the state and his daughter were involved in the monthly payment scam case and no compromise should be expected in jailing the corrupt. Modi was speaking at a campaign meeting at Kattakkada Christian College grounds for NDA candidates from Attingal and Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha constituencies.

Investigation is going on against the chief minister and his daughter in the monthly payment case. If the central government had not intervened, the monthly payment case would not have been known to the outside world.

Thousands of families lost their money due to fraud committed in CPM Cooperative Banks. The central government will not spare even one person who looted from the co-operative bank sector. The corrupt will be punished. The Chief Minister says that the money will be returned to the investors. Chief Minister is lying. However, it is Narendra Modi's guarantee that the investors' money will be returned.

UDF and LDF have made Kerala a base for corruption. The entire state government systems were misused to protect the gold smugglers. All banks ruled by CPM are being looted. The money of the common man, poor and women is being stolen.

State exchequers are empty. There is no money even to pay salary and pension to the employees. The money given by the central government for the development of Kerala is only spent on debt repayment. I have led the country honestly for the last 10 years. Many steps have been taken to end corruption. That is why corrupt parties are contesting in an alliance to fight Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi is not a person who is afraid of corrupt people." Narendra Modi also announced that he will not compromise with the corrupt.
