BJP's manifesto is full of lies; youth will not fall into Modi's trap this time, says opposition

NEW DELHI: Opposition parties have come down heavily on the election manifesto released by the BJP in connection with the Lok Sabha elections. The Congress alleged that the promises in BJP's manifesto were full of lies. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that nothing was mentioned about price hikes and unemployment in the BJP manifesto. He said that the youth of the country will not fall into Modi's trap this time.

The Aam Aadmi Party said that the people of the country have lost faith in the BJP. The Aam Aadmi Party also mocked that the BJP's manifesto was a fraudulent one. The Congress also alleged that the government did not do anything for the poor in the last ten years other than make promises.

The BJP had released its election manifesto earlier today. The manifesto has huge promises for the poor, youth, farmers and women. According to the manifesto, the Lakhpati Didi scheme will be extended to three crore women. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and BJP National President JP Nadda released the manifesto at the BJP headquarters in Delhi.

The manifesto is divided into 14 parts. The manifesto consists of promises such as stricter measures against corrupt people, expansion of Metro Rail, implementation of the Women's Reservation Act, reduction of fuel prices in the country, organization of the Ramayana festival at the international level, allocation of more Vandebharat trains, implementation of 'One Nation One Election', development of the country as an industrial hub, free water and ration for the next five years. etc.

The manifesto also states that a uniform civil code will be implemented in the country. Modi said that the promises made in the last 10 years have been fulfilled. The manifesto also talks about the announcement of 6G technology. Meanwhile, Rajnath Singh said that the manifesto was prepared by taking the opinions of fifteen lakh people.
