Owner of beauty parlour found dead, body is of two weeks old

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A woman who ran a beauty parlour in Thycaud, was found dead in her firm. The dead is Sheela (55), owner of Natural Royal Salon and a native of Marthandam. The body is two weeks old and the incident came to light last evening. The students of the tuition center, which was on the upper floor of the parlour, informed the owner of the building of a foul smell emanating.


Shaji of Kannettumukku, the owner of the building then informed the Thampanoor police. The police entered after breaking the lock of the door which was locked from inside. No further information has been obtained about her family. The information received is that Sheela was one with physical disabilities. Sheela has been running the firm for the past two years. The owners of the nearby establishments said that she was not seen outside for a few days.
