KANNUR: Son arrested for trying to strangle his mother in Cherupuzha. Police arrested Satheesan in the case of trying to kill Narayani, a native of Bhoodanam. It is reported that he tried to kill his mother who was suffering from cancer because he could not take care of her. The injured Narayani is undergoing treatment at Kozhikode Medical College Hospital.
