R Madhavan, a favourite Tamil actor among Malayalees, recently shared his remarkable weight loss journey on social media. Known for his sporadic yet impactful posts, Madhavan revealed how he shed significant weight in just 21 days without resorting to intense workouts or medical treatments.
In a post on his X page, Madhavan detailed his approach, emphasizing that his transformation was achieved solely through strict dieting and lifestyle changes. "I lost weight just by eating healthy, without exercise, surgery or treatment. I also changed the way I eat—I started chewing my food well, with each mouthful chewed 45 to 60 times. Vegetables made up a large part of my diet," the actor shared.
Madhavan also incorporated early morning walks into his routine, made it a point to go to bed early, and ensured he had dinner before 6:45 pm. He avoided uncooked food after 3:00 pm and reduced screen time at least 90 minutes before bed. "I only ate the best foods needed by the body," he added.
The actor, who gained weight for his role in "Rocketry: The Nambi Effect," managed to shed the extra pounds in just 21 days. His video detailing the process has since gone viral, inspiring fans and followers alike.
