'Cinema Code of Conduct'; WCC comes up with new recommendations to rebuild Malayalam film industry

KOCHI: The Women in Cinema Collective (WCC), a women's organization in the film industry, has proposed to implement a 'Cinema Code of Conduct' to rebuild the Malayalam film industry as a safe workspace for all. The WCC made the proposal through its official social media page.

On their official Facebook page, the WCC announced the launch of a series outlining their proposed recommendations to create a safe and equitable workspace for everyone in the Malayalam film industry.

'To rebuild the Malayalam film industry as an equal and safe workspace for all, we are commencing a series today with our proposed recommendations. We hope all industry members will come together in open solidarity & spirit to adopt a Cinema Code of Conduct that will help transform our film industry onscreen & offscreen for the better.
