Palayam Imam condemns Pahalgam terror attack

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Palayam Imam VP Suhaib Moulavi condemned the Pahalgam terror attack. He also said that he respectfully thanked the army for giving a retaliatory response to terrorism through Operation Sindoor. The Imam was delivering the Eid al-Adha message at the Eid Gah held at Chandrashekaran Nair Stadium.

"What happened in Pahalgam was a diabolical and inhuman attack. I share the grief of the families of the victims. The Holy Quran says that if someone kills a human being unjustly, it is as if he killed all the people on earth. We should be careful not to use the news related to terrorist attacks for political gains. The military operations against terrorism are very commendable. These military operations are to show that our country is united against the attackers. Such situations tell us that we should move forward with friendship to protect the unity and integrity of the country. The main problem facing the Muslim believers in the country today is the amendment to the Waqf Act. Mosques, madrasas and orphanages should not be lost through this law. The interim orders and observations of the Supreme Court related to the case are comforting. Israel is trying to wipe the Palestinians off the map by challenging human rights and international laws.
