Kumbh Mela viral beauty Monalisa accuses director of inappropriate behaviour

KOCHI: Kumbh Mela viral beauty Monalisa has accused her first film director, Sanoj Mishra, of repeatedly inappropriately touching her with malicious intent. She alleged that she faced similar incidents in Nepal and Mumbai, and said she reacted by physically confronting him on both occasions.

Monalisa said she had informed her family about the incidents, but they advised her not to speak out publicly as it was her first film. She further alleged that Sanoj Mishra is now spreading false information against her, adding that she is considering filing a formal complaint.

She made these remarks while speaking to the media along with her husband Farman Khan at a press club, in connection with a High Court order granting him protection from arrest in a case registered by the Uttar Pradesh Police.

Monalisa also denied allegations that she was abducted by Farman Khan. She stated that she is above 18 years of age and that their relationship was not based on religion. Farman Khan presented both her old and new Aadhaar cards, asserting that her date of birth remains the same in both documents.
