DUBAI: A missing Malayalee was found after search operation for three days. Faisal Abdul Salam who was reported missing since September 5 was finally found near a supermarket in Dubai, where he worked previously. Faisal has issues with his memory.

“He is under medication for Dementia for the last one year. We found him near the supermarket. He was in an agitated state when we found him. He doesn’t remember what happened to him in the last three days,” his relative Vajas Abdul Vahid said.

The medicines taken by Faisal which were imported from India are not available due to Covid-19 pandemic. When medication stopped Faisal started to feel uneasiness. On September 5, he was going to be hospitalised. On his way to the hospital, he went to a supermarket to buy clothes, from where he was reported missing.

Following this, a man-missing complaint was filed in a police station. Faisal had come to Dubai from Thiruvananthpuram a year ago in search of a job. He is married and has a child.
