Sandeep Warrier's father posts anti-women remarks against Bindu Ammini; receives flak on social media

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Father of BJP leader Sandeep Warrier has been accused of making obscene remarks on social media against activist Bindu Ammini.There has been a lot of criticism on social media about this. The main allegation is that Govinda Warrier, the father of BJP spokesperson Sandeep Warrier, made anti-feminist and obscene remarks against Bindu Ammini, who took part in the strike. Govinda Warrier had recently shared a picture of Bindu Ammini holding the national flag on a tractor. Warrier had also posted anti-women remarks along with the picture.

Apart from this, he also made obscene remarks against Bindu in the comments. Following this, Govinda Warrier has come under fire from various quarters. With the post becoming controversial, Warrier withdrew his comment and deleted his Facebook account. Bindu Ammini has responded that abusing women has been the declared position of the Sangh Parivar. She also said that the Kerala Police would not take any action against such people even if she lodges a complaint against them. Meanwhile, neither Sandeep Warrier nor his father has publicly responded to the controversy.
