PG doctors in state to go on strike demanding decentralization of Covid treatment, token strike on Monday

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: PG doctors in the state will go on strike demanding that Covid treatment be decentralized. There will be a 12-hour token strike on Monday. PG doctors complain that studies are in crisis due to workload. They also demand that a risk allowance be allowed. The doctors will be absent for Covid and non-Covid duty on Monday as part of the signal strike. Doctors said the strike would continue if a solution is not found.
