Huge lead in Thrikkakara; Hibi Eden congratulates ‘real captain’

Every leader is hopeful in the wake of the lead of Thrikkakara which is in favour of the UDF. Hibi Eden MP has congratulated the original captain of Thrikkakara in the wake of Uma Thomas' massive lead. He penned a note sharing the picture along with V D Satheesan on Facebook. ‘I like to walk behind.. Captain, he wrote. Other noted leaders including the chief minister had campaigned for the LDF candidate in Thrikkakara.

Meantime, UDF candidate Uma Thomas is leading by nearly 12,113 votes. She has a clear lead in the UDF strongholds. The UDF has got more lead than expected. Uma leads in low polling booths also. Uma Thomas has been steadily gaining the lead since the first round of counting.
