KOCHI: The argument based on the prosecution's plea to cancel the bail of actor Dileep in the actress assault case has come to an end. The court will pronounce the verdict on June 28. The trial court adjourned to pronounce judgment on the case after detailed arguments. Following the revelation made by director Balachandra Kumar, the prosecution approached the court to cancel Dileep's bail. The exact date of the conversations recorded by Balachandrakumar could not be ascertained. The prosecution has informed this to the court.

The contents of the pen drive containing the conversations in the case are not important. But the court said that the dates of these were important. The court asked the date when the voice messages were recorded on the pen drive. This is to find out whether the date is related to the date on which the complaint was lodged with the Chief Minister. The court also asked the prosecution about the laptop from which the recording was transferred to the pendrive. The prosecution told the court they are trying to find the laptop. Investigators had demanded to produce two phones belonging to Anoop and Suraj. But these were not submitted. An application had been filed earlier in the court seeking order to produce these phones.
