Yet another infant death in Attappady

ATTAPPADY: One more newborn baby has died in Attappady. The deceased has been identified as the 27-week-old baby of Melechoottara native Geethu. The baby was rushed to the Palakkad district hospital after the parents found that it was not moving. This is the second infant death reported in Attappady on Tuesday.

The baby girl of Attappady Chittoor native Shiju and Sumathi died this morning. The baby died soon after birth. The delivery was in the morning. Sumathi was undergoing treatment at Thrissur Medical College for high blood pressure.
