Can these unions provide employment to at least one person? Will have to close down the company, says Nesto

Nesto Hyper Market has posted an explanation regarding the strike that labor unions have been conducting for two weeks in front of Nesto Hyper Market in Kalpetta, Wayanad. In the post they say that the company employ more than 35,000 people in more than 100 outlets in Gulf coutries and of which 25,000 are Malayalis. It was decided to open 25 outlets in Kerala by 2025. In their post, the company asks if the unions, which places flags and are protesting to trouble industrial enterprises, can provide at least one job. Nesto says that it will not go ahead with the loss and if the strike continues, they will close down the company.
