16-year-old girl gang raped by eight people in Rajasthan, releases video after blackmail

JAIPUR: A sixteen-year-old girl was gang-raped by eight people, following which they released its footage. The incident took place in December 2021.

After the incident, the accused threatened to release the video if the girl fails to pay half a lakh rupees. The footage was released as the money was not paid. All the eight accused live near the girl's house.

When the girl's father came to know about the video, he lodged a complaint with the police. In the complaint filed by the father, it is alleged that the accused had raped his daughter last January as well.
