sharon-raj

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The legal advice obtained is to hand over the investigation of Sharon murder case in Parassala, to the Tamil Nadu police. The murder and planning happened in the border of Tamil Nadu and the mainour (thondimuthal) was also found in the same place. Therefore, the legal advice is that the case should be handed over to the Tamil Nadu police.

It is believed that if the state police try to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet in the incident that is outside their jurisdiction, it will be a setback during the trial of the case. The accused is also likely to question the limits of the investigation in future.

Meantime, Sharon's father Jayaraj expressed concern over the transfer of the case to the Tamil Nadu police. Poison and the ayurvedic medicine were bought from Kerala. He clarified that if the case is handed over to the Tamil Nadu police, it will be sabotaged.
