Sexually harassed family friend; another sexual harassment case against Ernakulam control room CI

KOCHI: Another sexual harassment case has been registered against Ernakulam Control Room CI AV Saiju. A family friend of Saiju has lodged a complaint alleging that she was sexually harassed by Saiju. The Nedumangad police have started an investigation against Saiju after receiving the woman's complaint. In her complaint, the woman alleged that Saiju sexually harassed her by taking advantage of his friendship with her family for years.

This is the second sexual harassment case registered against Saiju. He was earlier arrested on the complaint of another woman who accused him of sexually abusing her after she went to the Malayinkeezhu police station to lodge a complaint. Meanwhile, Saiju's wife has lodged a complaint against the woman, alleging that she had beaten up her daughter. Following this, the police have also registered a case against the complainant.
