THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The reopening of Dubai International Airport following the recent Iranian attack has brought relief to expatriate Malayalees. Authorities expect flight services to resume shortly.

Officials have assessed that an urgent evacuation of expatriates is currently unnecessary. Norka has confirmed that Malayali citizens residing in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Jordan are safe.

Norka and members of the Loka Kerala Sabha are actively monitoring their 24-hour help desk to assist expatriates and their families. While many remain confined to their homes for safety, Loka Kerala Sabha members are coordinating with Norka to deliver essential supplies, such as medicine, to those in need.
