Dr Robin to make debut in Mollywood, Mohanlal releases first look poster; see exclusive photoshoot

Bigg Boss star and motivational speaker Dr Robin Radhakrishnan is all set to make his Mollywood debut. The movie starring Robin is being produced by Santhosh T Kuruvila under the banner of STK Frames. The TV show star has claimed the lead role before the end of his fan wave, which had begun soon after his expulsion from the Bigg Boss house.

Robin serves as a duty medical officer at the emergency medicine department in Thiruvananthapuram G G Hospital. Dr Robin, who had garnered wide attention on social media, is popularly known as ‘Dr Machan’. He was expelled from Bigg Boss season 4 for pushing a rival contestant during a task.

Robin has secured the Global Youth Icon Award presented by the National Youth Icon Award Committee. The film starring Dr Robin, who had become popular among Malayalees with the show ‘Chat with Dr Machan’, is much awaited by the Malayalee audience.

Santhosh T Kuruvila is a producer known for numerous popular Malayalam movies such as ‘Da Thadiya’, ‘Maheshinte Prathikaram’, ‘Mayanadhi’, and ‘Android Kunjappan’. So far, he has produced 13 movies under the banner of Moonshot Entertainments, OPM Cinemas and STK Frames. The film starring Robin will be the 14th movie produced under the banner of STK Frames. ‘Nna, Thaan Case Kodu’, starring Kunchacko Boban, is Kuruvila’s next movie set for release.
