Actor Madhav Suresh, son of Suresh Gopi, has responded to the negative comments coming against him on social media. He also stated that he was proud that he was compared to a film actor like Prithviraj.
"Criticisms about me before or after a movie release don't affect me. If they want to waste their time, that's their choice. I ignore it. I'll accept people's positive opinions. I can't accept people comparing me with Prithviraj. But, I'm proud that they are comparing me with an actor like him. He's not just an actor, but also a director, producer, and singer - a multifaceted talent who has proven himself in various fields," Madhav said.
"I don't care if people think I'm overreacting; that's their perspective. My life doesn't revolve around it. I've said this before, during the fans show of 'Gaganachari'. The media's opinions are usually the first thing audiences hear, and that's how they form judgments about actors. Similarly, the audience has the responsibility to listen carefully to what the actors say. If they had listened carefully to what I had said, there would not have been statements like 'Suresh Gopi is the one who created Malayalam cinema'," Madhav said
"Do you think it is right to criticise someone after twisting his words? Children of public figures have the responsibility to protect their parents' dignity. Now, I'm a nepo kid. But this responsibility isn't just for Suresh Gopi's children. It's a responsibility entrusted by the society itself. Give each actor time to learn and understand cinema. After that, you can decide if he is a nepo kid or a flop actor," Madhav Suresh said.
