Playback singer K S Chitra is among the Malayalees bestowed with the Golden Visa. So pleased, honoured and privileged to receive the Golden Visa, Chitra wrote on Facebook, under the photo. Many people congratulated her under the photo. Chitra received the Golden Visa from Major general Mohammad Ahmed Al Maari the chief of Dubai Immigration.

Actress Meera Jasmine too had recently obtained the golden visa. Mammootty, Mohanlal, Tovino Thomas, Nyla Usha, Prithviraj, director and cameraman Santhosh Sivan, Asha Sharath and Asif Ali were bestowed with the visa earlier.
