Welcomes new organization, will be part of it if it is going in the right path, says Tovino

KOCHI: Actor Tovino Thomas said that he welcomes the new film organization 'Progressive Filmmakers Association'. Whatever happens progressively is good. Is not part of the ongoing discussions. While talking to a media, he said that he will be a part of it if it is going in the right path.

Is presently a part of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA). Tovino made it clear that whatever progressive thing happens, he will be a part of it. He also reacted to the fake copy of Tovino's Onam release 'ARM' being circulated. Tovino said that it is an issue affecting the entire film industry and he suspects that a group is working behind it. The producers are planning to take legal action in the incident. Director Jithin Lal also responded that his film is being targeted.

The fake copy of the movie ARM (Ajayante Randam Moshanam) which was released in theaters on Onam day and directed by debutant Jithin Lal starring Tovino Thomas surfaced the other day. Director Jithin Lal himself shared the picture of a man watching the film on his mobile phone during a train journey on social media. ‘A friend sent me this. Heartbreaking. Nothing else to say.
