NEW DELHI: Hindenburg Research, US short selling firm to reveal big about India. They informed this in a post on their ‘X’ handle Saturday morning. It said ‘Something big soon India.’ The post later went viral and nearly 2 million people have seen this post. Comments are pouring in.

Hindenburg had in January 2023 published a report alleging financial irregularities in the Adani Group, which led to a significant drop in the company’s stock price. It later stoked a major controversy. The report accused the firm of stock manipulation and fraud leading to a sharp fall in the shares of various Adani group companies. The report led to 72 lakh core decline in the market value of Adani Group's stocks and triggered a significant sell-off of its overseas listed bonds.
