
KOCHI: Popular Front of India (PFI) activist arrested. Moideen Kutty, a native of Valanchery, Malappuram, has been arrested by the NIA. He was absconding abroad and was caught by the NIA from the Nedumbassery airport. He is the 70th accused in the PFI terror case.
The NIA says that Moideen Kutty was the coordinator of the weapons training wing of the PFI. He went abroad after the PFI was banned. The NIA then declared him a fugitive. It also announced a reward for information about him. In the meantime, he was caught when he returned to the country. The NIA says that Moideen Kutty is also an accused in the hand hacking case. The NIA said that the accused is being questioned in detail.
