Crime Branch Officer succumbs to injuries after collision with KSRTC bus

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram Crime Branch mourns the loss of Grade ASI Selvaraj (48), who passed away yesterday evening following a tragic road accident.

A resident of RC Street, Balaramapuram, Selvaraj was involved in a collision at Uchakkada last Saturday around 5:25 PM. He was returning home from the newly inaugurated Crime Branch office in Muttathara, where he had been delivering official files, when his motorcycle was struck by a KSRTC bus. Despite receiving medical treatment for the injuries sustained in the crash, he succumbed to them a day later.

Family and Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Manju Selvaraj, and his two children, Vineesh and Jagan.
