Walked out of principal's room crying, jumped from building; Nithin Raj's final moments before death

KANNUR: The last moments of Nithin Raj, a BDS student at Anjarakandy Dental College, surfaced on Friday. The CCTV footage of the principal's room minutes before Nithin committed suicide was released.

The principal, Nithin, teacher Latha Sasidharan and two other teachers are in the footage. M.K. Ram and Sangeetha Nambiar, who are accused in the case, are not seen in the visuals.

Nithin left the principal's office after 1.20 pm on the 10th of April. At 1.38 pm, that is just 18 minutes after walking out of the room, Nithin jumped from the hospital building to his death. Nithin was captured on the CCTV camera crying and leaving Principal Vinod Mony's office. The college's CCTV footage and crucial documents were taken into custody by the special investigation team.
