Amazon warns: Do not open package if you see this dot

Amazon is asking customers to pay attention to some things in the package as soon as they receive the ordered items. The company has introduced a new tamper-proof packaging technology. These are seals that can be easily identified by customers. A special type of tape with a pink or red dot is used in the seal. The colour of the dot changes if someone tries to remove this tape with heat. Usually, the dots are white. If someone tries to open the package, the dot turns pink or red. With this, customers can know in advance whether the seal has been broken or the items have been changed.

If the dot on the seal is white, customers can be sure that no one has opened the package. If customers see pink or red dots, it means that someone else has opened the package. Amazon warns not to accept such packages.

This seal is currently found on the packaging of medicines and cosmetics. It is reported that it will be used on other products in the future.
