DUBAI: MA Yusuff Ali, a prominent Malayali businessman and chairman of the Lulu Group, has been named the most influential Indian in the Middle East. Choithram Group chairman LT Pagarani is second on the list prepared by Arabian Business, a leading business magazine in Dubai.
Adnan Chilwan, CEO of Dubai Islamic Bank, Adeeb Ahmed, managing director of Lulu Financial Holdings and Sunil Kaushal, CEO of Standard Chartered Bank are in third, fourth and fifth positions respectively.
Ghassan Aboud Group CEO Suresh Vaidyanathan, Burjeel Holdings chairman Dr Shamsheer Vayalil and Emami Group director Prashant Goenka are also in the top ten.
