CPM politburo member M A Baby pooh-poohed the call of Archbishop Mar Joseph Pamplany that if the union government raised the price of rubber to Rs 300, they would help the BJP in elections to get an MP from Kerala. The Christians in Kerala are those having the sense of Christ's justice. Baby via a Facebook post criticized that they will not pay heed to the words of Archbishop Pamplany. The head of the global Catholic Church, Pope Francis, also demands the faithful to stand on the side of justice. Baby criticized that it is not to stand with those who give Rs 300 or the shadow of power.
