132 crore corruption in AI camera project; Chennithala releases documents

KASARGOD: Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala said a corruption of Rs 132 crore has taken place in the AI camera deal. He said the chief minister and the state government are playing hide and seek in this regard.

‘The AI camera project which needed Rs 100 crore was tendered for Rs 232 crore. A corruption of Rs 132 crore rupees has happened. The chief minister has not been able to dismiss the allegations related to it. The state government is still mum on it. The chief minister is protecting the corrupt. The government cannot escape saying that the opposition is creating a smoke screen. The documents released by Keltron prove the irregularities. The deal was done by awarding contracts to companies having no work experience. Keltron is hiding many documents. We are releasing the documents hid by the government. Many of the documents appeared on the website two days ago.
kshara Express, the company that participated in the tender, has no experience. How was this company included in the tender procedures? A serious misdeed has happened, said Chennithala.

Chennithala, who said that Keltron is still hiding many documents, released the technical evaluation summary report and the financial bid evaluation summary report, raising allegations that these are fake reports. He said the important document which the government and the Keltron hid is being released.
