THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP state president K Surendran has asked the police to book CPM leader P Jayarajan for his acerbic statements issuing death threats to Yuva Morcha workers. Surendran also asked the government to expel Jayarajan from the position of Vice Chairman of the Khadi Board.

“ It is not any new for Jayarajan to get indulged in such threatening talks. However now after some hiatus, he is back again to distort the peaceful coexistence in Kerala. We also know another Jayarajan who shuddered his knees and enacted chest pain when CBI came to his doorstep. So we are not ready to succumb to such people. Starting from Jayakrishnan Master, many people were sent to the mortuary by Jayarajan. It seems like Jayarajan is back again into business at the behest of the government. BJP will retaliate back not in the language of violence but will form a protest with the full support of the masses.” Surendran commented.

Surendran later asked the speaker A N Shamseer to apologize to Hindu people after the latter's distasteful comments on lord Ganapathi courted controversy. “ Yesterday, the Muslim league people in a rally sloganeered about hanging Hindu people in front of temples. It was Shamseer's rant on Hindus which opened opportunities and gave audacity for such fringe elements to threaten the Hindu people in Kerala.” Surendran quoted.
