Private bus overturns in Thrissur, 30 injured, two serious 

THRISSUR: More than thirty people sustained injuries after a private bus overturned at Kanimangalam. They have been admitted to a hospital and the condition of two is stated to be serious. ‘Christ Bus’ running on Thrissur-Thriprayar route met with the accident. Eyewitnesses said there were almost 50 people including students in the bus.

The locals said that even though they know that road works are going on, the buses are racing. This is a regular danger sector. Eighteen years ago, a bus named Sannidhanam overturned and many had died.
