PARAVUR: The wall of the Paravoor Govt Boys Higher Secondary School will be demolished for the Nava Kerala Sadas programme, which will be attended by the Chief Minister and Ministers on December 7. The wall of the school adjacent to the national highway will be demolished at a length of five meters so that the bus carrying the Chief Minister and ministers can enter the school ground. A few branches of the big tamarind tree on the school premises will be cut. A week ago, the Municipal Secretary had invited a quotation for demolishing the children's bicycle stand. Municipal Chairperson Beena Sasidharan has written to the Tehsildar objecting to the demolition of the wall of the school that comes under the Municipality.
