DYFI leader found hanging in CPM local committee office; suicide note found

KECHERY: DYFI leader found hanging inside party office. The incident took place at Thrissur Kecheri Local Committee office. Sujith (28), son of deceased ex-DYFI Kecheri region president Bharathan of Mooliparambil house, Manali, was found dead. Sujith had sent a WhatsApp message to his friend to reach the party office. This was around 12 noon. By the time his friends arrived, they found Sujith hanging in the office.

It is indicated that Sujith came here on a bike with a rope in his hand when no one was in the office. Sujith was immediately rushed to the medical college in Kecheri ACTS Ambulance but could not be saved. Kunnamkulam police reached the party office and found a suicide note indicating financial liability. Sujith's mother is Sujata and his wife is Athira. His sister is Surabhi.
