NEW DELHI: Many people rely on online shopping these days, enjoying the convenience of ordering products from the comfort of their homes. However, amidst the convenience, there have been reports of scams and fraudulent activities. One such incident recently surfaced on social media involving a customer named Malik from New Delhi.

Malik had ordered a 'Nothing' brand phone worth Rs 20,808 from Flipkart, but upon receiving the product five days later, he discovered it was a phone from the 'iKall' brand instead. Despite his attempts to return the phone, he encountered difficulties.

"I ordered a phone from the 'Nothing' brand, but received a different brand instead. I've been unable to return it since yesterday," Malik shared on his social media page.

Following widespread discussion of the incident on social media, Flipkart's team reached out to Malik and offered to exchange the phone. Malik subsequently announced this resolution through his social media page.
