Sreelakshmi Satheesh became an overnight sensation through a video on social media. A video of her in saree not only caught the attention of netizens but also the famous director Ram Gopal Varma. After this, Ram Gopal Varma also asked if she was interested in acting. Following a shift of gears in her career, Sreelakshmi changed her name to Aaradhya Devi. Her glamourous videos got several lakhs of views and comments on social media.

In an interview, Sreelakshmi opens up about the joy she felt when Ram Gopal Varma called her after seeing the video and the ordeal she had to go through on social media. She also said that Ram Gopal Varma shared her video after seeking consent.

"It is something that no one knows. When he (Ram Gopal Varma) saw a reel of me in a white saree, he sought consent to post it. Such a big director is asking me for my consent. All the videos he has shared so far have only been done after seeking my consent," Sreelakshmi said.

"I hail from a rural area. I got a lot of negative comments after Ram Gopal Varma posted the video. They said he is a womanizer. But what I look for is the respect a person gives me. I have returned the same respect that he has given me. Up to this moment, he has asked me everything very formally. He is a person who looks after our comfort," she added.

Sreelakshmi also spoke about the comments on social media. "There are people who say that they are concerned about me. At the same time, some people post bad comments and then try to flirt with me in personal messages. That's what I don't understand. I will only say that the first thing is the sexual frustration of the people of Kerala. Most of the comments I get are from women. I am confident in my body," she said.
