Opposition Leader VD Satheesan's car meets with accident; no injuries reported

KASARGOD: Opposition Leader VD Satheesan's car met with an accident in Kasargod on Saturday. The accident took place at Pallikkara in Kasargod while Satheesan was travelling from the Kannur Airport to the Kollur Mookambika Temple.

The accident took place at around 5.45 pm today. According to sources, Satheesan's car hit the rear of the police vehicle escorting him after the escort vehicle applied brakes. It is reported that no one was injured in the accident. The front portion of the car was completely damaged.
