VS Rajesh to receive Prathapachandran Memorial Media Award

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Kaumudi Associate Editor VS Rajesh has been named the recipient of the first media award instituted by the V Prathapachandran Memorial Committee in memory of Adv V Prathapachandran, a journalist and former treasurer of the KPCC. The award recognizes Rajesh's overall contributions to the media field. The award, which includes a cash prize of Rs 10,001, a citation, and a sculpture, will be presented at the V Prathapachandran Memorial Meeting on December 19th at 10 am at Kesarai Hall in Pulimoodu.

Committee chairman C Jayachandran said that UDF convener MM Hassan will inaugurate the meeting. Pannyan Ravindran, VS Shivakumar, Palode Ravi, Adv. M Liju, VV Rajesh, EM Najeeb, T Sarath Chandraprasad, GS Babu, Karakulam Krishna Pillai, and BS Balachandran will attend the meeting.
