KOCHI: The court has rejected complainant Dharmarajan's plea seeking to return the money stolen in the Kodakara hawala heist. The plea was rejected by Irinjalakuda Magistrate Court. The court ruled that the plea do not exist as there are not enough documents. RSS activist Dharmarajan informed the court that the money stolen was brought for business purposes and that it should be returned.

Meantime, the police suspect that Dharmarajan was brought again to prevent probe in the case from moving on to BJP leaders. The state police will submit a report to the enforcement on the findings of the hawala transaction and the possibility of further investigation.
