Sudharmadas bags Women's Commission Photo Award

KOCHI: Kerala Women's Commission has announced the Media Awards for the year 2020. Kerala Kaumudi Kochi unit chief photographer N.R. Sudharmadas was selected in the Photography category. He won the award for capturing the emotional moment when Dr. Mary Anitha, who looked after a six-month-old baby, handed over the baby to its parents who recovered from Covid. The award, which includes Rs 20,000 and a certificate, will be presented later.

Mathrubhumi Thrissur Sub Editor Sreekala MS has been selected in the Best Report Malayalam Print Media category. Mathrubhumi News sub-editor Riya Baby won the award in the Best Report Malayalam Visual Media category. MediaOne cameraman Manesh Perumanna won in the Best Videography category.
